November 4, 2014: Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. (ATL) will host the ninth in a series of webcasts on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, to discuss the benefits of LIMS – Beyond Data Capture. This webcast will detail information on ATL’s TITAN® LIMS Instrument Interfacing and Integration with Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP), as added benefits of LIMS across the organization and industry spectrum.
Instrument integration is a key feature of TITAN® that facilitates efficiency while significantly decreasing transcription errors and paper documentation. TITAN® supports uni and bi-directional integration and creates worklists that aid the analyst in loading instrument data. Additionally, TITAN® provides support for setting up an automatic email system that can accept email from subcontractors or remote instrumentation.
TITAN® offers best in class software technology with ODBC compliance, which ensures that it can interface with a variety of enterprise solutions including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, JD Edwards and other enterprise systems that utilize standard, open technology. ERP systems in the laboratory may be enhanced when they are integrated with TITAN®, in ways that harmonize the lab’s internal and external business processes.
Both instrument and ERP system interfacing optimizes and improves quality control, resource allocation and deployment, cycle time, and overall productivity and quality.
TITAN® represents the next generation in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), building upon two decades of laboratory informatics expertise to define a new standard in the LIMS world. ATL has built upon a long history of successful laboratory automation development and we are proud and excited to set the standard for LIMS once again in TITAN®.
Recommended attendees include laboratory owners, directors and managers, and quality managers in the analytical, food & beverage, manufacturing (product/material testing), agriculture, energy, environmental, water/wastewater, life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and public health sectors.
