July 19, 2017: Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. (ATL), a leader in Laboratory Information Management Solutions (LIMS), will be exhibiting in Booth #29 at the National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC), the largest conference in North America focused on environmental measurements. The Conference will take place August 7-11, 2017 at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC.

In addition to exhibiting, ATL will also be presenting two technical sessions during the NEMC:

Date/Time Presentation Title
Monday, Aug 7
1:00 – 1:30PM
Your Next LIMS: SaaS or On-Premise
(Part of the “LIMS in the Modern Laboratory” session)
Monday, Aug 7
2:40 – 3:05PM
Innovative Use of Mobile Technology for Environmental Field Data Collection
(Part of the “Changing the Paradigm for Water Pollution Monitoring” session)

Your Next LIMS: SaaS or On-Premisewill discuss Software as a Service (SaaS) as a LIMS deployment option vs. a traditional On-Premise implementation. The presentation will go over the pros and cons of both SaaS and On-Premise LIMS implementation and educate attendees on what to remember when considering both options.

Innovative Use of Mobile Technology for Environmental Field Data Collection will focus on how water and wastewater utilities are leveraging mobile technology like tablets and laptops to conduct field testing more efficiently with their LIMS, resulting in elimination of paper forms and some very dramatic return on investment metrics.

During the Conference, ATL will be showcasing our market leading LIMS solutions, Sample Master® and TITAN®, along with our web portal (Result Point®), field data collection products (iMobile for Sample Master® and TITAN®), and instrument integration services. Result Point® provides 24/7 access to sample status, test results, reports, EDDs, invoices and more from any desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You can grant access to clients and non-laboratory members of your organization as well as providing them with real-time results and reporting anytime and anywhere. With iMobile, field collectors can leverage mobile technology to transmit field data back to the lab in real time. Data can include electronic chain of custody, test results and location information including GIS coordinates.

ATL has been providing LIMS solutions to environmental laboratories for over twenty years and is one reason why we are excited to be back at the NEMC. ATL looks forward to seeing our existing customers and meeting new clients on August 7-11th in Washington DC.

The National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC) is held annually as part of the Environmental Measurement Symposium – a combined meeting of the NEMC and the Forum on Environmental Accreditation. The Symposium is co-sponsored by The NELAC Institute (TNI) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and is the largest conference focused on environmental measurements in North America.
