February 13, 2020: Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. (ATL), a leader in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), continues the 2020 LIMS Webcast series on Wednesday, March 11th with An Introduction to Wireless Environmental Monitoring. This webcast will introduce Monitor Plus, a new addition to ATL’s line of laboratory automation solutions. Monitor Plus represents the latest in continuous environmental monitoring. This product is ideal for collecting temperature, light, humidity and pressure and transmitting this data to a secure, cloud portal.

Webcast Overview

ATL will provide an in-depth presentation on Monitor Plus, which addresses a need that many laboratories have to continually monitor environmental data for refrigerators, freezers, incubators, ovens, cryo tanks and greenhouses. Wireless monitors are attached to the equipment being monitored and data is transmitted every 15 seconds to the cloud. Communication utilizes WiFi with a cellular connection provided as a backup to power failure. A key requirement of this type of solution is providing alerts for results that are outside user-defined limits and providing fully configurable alert options via SMS and email. Monitor Plus also provides instant data access and rich reporting capabilities. The temperature monitors are NIST certified for regulatory compliance and can be easily re-calibrated.

Topics Covered During the Webcast

  • Overview of ATL Monitor Plus – What is It and How Does It Work?
  • Comparing Monitor Plus with Other Environmental Monitoring Solutions
  • A Compelling Benefits of Monitor Plus for the Laboratory
  • Regulatory Compliance and NIST Certification

Who Should Attend

Recommended attendees include laboratory owners, directors and managers, and quality managers in the analytical, food & beverage, manufacturing (product/material testing), agriculture, cannabis, energy, environmental, water/wastewater, life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and public health sectors.
