This webcast will focus on the key factors involved in selecting the right LIMS for cannabis testing laboratories. Because cannabis is a controlled substance, there are additional unique requirements for tracking samples from “seed to sale” to ensure that cannabis products are properly tested for potentially harmful contaminants as well as potency. We will walk through those requirements as well as highlight the key LIMS features that will address some of the challenges cannabis testing laboratories face.

The webcast will focus on the importance of a LIMS in manufacturing organizations to maintain proper testing standards throughout the production process, improve resource utilization and communication. ATL will be presenting at the 2021 National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC), the largest conference in North America focused on environmental measurements. ATL’s presentation is entitled Using a LIMS to Solve Today’s Most Common Laboratory Challenges. ATL will discuss common obstacles that prevent environmental laboratories from realizing their full operational efficiency, meeting regulatory requirements, and generating high quality data. This year’s NEMC will be a hybrid (in-person and virtual) event on August 2-5, and a virtual-only event on August 9-12. The in-person event will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, Washington.
